Our fully integrated and networked management system, which is being continually updated provides a full range of reports and historical data analysis to provide the client with real time information. This data is available to all our clients via our website using their own password.

Particular care is taken to liaise with ‘end users’ and specifiers to ensure aesthetic considerations are incorporated into total concept.

Guideline compliment Installation and Refurbishment activities with responsive Repair and Maintenance departments.

Guideline operate a 24 hour 365 day a year callout service manned at all times by DIRECTLY EMPLOYED Guideline personnel with access at all times to detailed service portfolio data.

We at Guideline Lifts can provide a comprehensive understanding of the forthcoming Disability Discrimination Act and EN81/70, that becomes effective in 2004.
