ELS was formed In 1993 to offer a Quality Committed operation along with Safe and reliable lift maintenance and emergency cover operating 24 hours per day 365 days each year throughout the Essex area, since those early years ELS has become a greatly respected Ltd Company which has expanded its valued customer base to cover London and The Southeast along with numerous successful modernisation and repair projects Nation-wide.

ELS Customers range from small restaurants with individual hand hauling dumb waiter lifts through to high specification gearless machines for national property Developers, Builders and Architects

Company Services - Our services cover every aspect within the lift industry, fully tailored lilt preventative maintenance, 24 hour call out service, Modernisation and Refurbishment of existing lift installations. We supply new lifts which range from 50 kg Hand Hauling Dumb Waiter/ Electric Service lifts to VVVF geared I hydraulic passenger and goods lifts, which are tailored to the Customers requirements and conform fully to EN81.2

ELS repair teams are fully trained and action small to major works effectively causing the least possible disruption to customers and their properties.

ELS undertake free surveys on all aspects of lilt engineering and offer very competitive prices.

ELS Consultation service has been very successful whereby we will assist the customer In their plans for the Safest and most cost affective way forward for them and their existing / new lift installation to be carried out.

ELS carry out a Free Safety Risk assessment survey, which allows the customer the opportunity to know whether or not their lift or item of plant conforms to PUWER and LOLER Regulations.

ELS offer Customers a full package that includes all minor to major Builders works, Electrical works and decoration, this allows the Customer to liaise with one person saving valuable time and unnecessary additional costs.
